As the builder of this project, I will have two units available for rent. They are both 13' wide by 50' deep. The door width is 12' wide. We call that size in this project the Shasta series. Each unit has metered electricity, 14' tall automatic doors, security alarms, insulated doors and ceiling and ceiling fans.
Mens and womens showers in the clubhouse and a 2500 sq ft wash rack with two dump stations.

Month to month rental of $525 per month, with one month free with annual pre pay.
